SHIPPING AND DELIVERY
Purchases are shipped from our warehouse in New Delhi by reputed courier agencies. Please allow following number of days from receipt of your order.
For India orders – All domestic orders are processed within 1 business day. You can expect delivery of the order within 3-7 business days. For locations which are in the interiors or in difficult coverage area, this may take between 10-12 working days.
For International orders – All international orders are processed within 1 business day. You can expect delivery of the order within 10-12 business days.
We are not responsible for damage after delivery. For any complaints with regards to your order please contact Customer Care within 7 business days of your order delivery for resolution.
Shipping and handling rates may vary based on product, packaging, size, volume, national, international, type and other considerations.
For India Orders: We ship products throughout India and all orders of Rs 1499 and above qualify for free domestic shipping. However, there is a flat shipping charge of Rs. 70 if your total order value is less Rs. 1499
For International Orders: Shipping and handling rates vary based on the shipping destination. You will see the final shipping and handling charges at the time of checkout after you provide the shipping address for your order.
REFUND AND RETURNS
We strive to give you the very best shopping experience possible. However, considering that opened or damaged products cannot be reused, we cannot accept exchange or return of opened or used products once sold or delivered.
We are not responsible for any damage caused after delivery of the items to the customers.
In case of any problem or quality issue with the product, we exchange the product.
Exchange of products will be accepted only if the products are returned in a saleable condition with the original receipt/tags intact and in their original packaging, in an undamaged condition and subject to following terms-
Once your return/refunds request has been accepted, the process will be completed within 7-21 business days.
Shipping charges incurred on Free Trials are not refundable.
Opened/ used/ altered products are not refundable.
Original packaging (mono cartons, labels, etc.) missing are not refundable
The return/ replacement request is generated after 7 days from the date of delivery.
The damaged/ missing product is reported after 2 days from the date of delivery.
HOW ARE RETURNS PROCESSED?
Once you request to return a product, a pick up is organised for the item. Our courier partners will come to pick up the item within 5-7 business days after your return request has been received. This item is then brought back to our warehouse where it is checked by our quality control team. Once the product passes the quality control, a refund is initiated. In some cases, you may be asked to courier the items for return/refund to us and the return shipment cost will be reimbursed by the company.
CAN I CANCEL MY ORDER?
You can cancel order from CANCEL button from order details page under MY ACCOUNT section. You just need to give reason for cancellation, and leave rest on us.
Please call us on (number) (Mon – Fri – 9 am to 6 pm), and we will help you in cancelling the order.
Orders can only be cancelled till the status is “Ready to Ship”.
No cancellation request will be entertained, once this shipment is done by us.
HOW WILL ANYONE RECEIVE THE REFUND FOR THEIR CANCELLED OR RETURNED PRODUCTS
In case of prepaid orders, money will be returned to the bank account/ credit/debit card or where the payment was made from within 7 business working days. For Cash on Delivery orders, customers will be required to provide bank details where they would like to receive the refund.
CAN I RETURN PART OF MY ORDER?
Yes. You can return any products that are eligible for return within 7 days of delivery.
Cashback will be credited in the user’s wallet account after 7 days of a successful transaction or once the Return period will be over. The cashback will be in the form of a discount.
HOW TO AVAIL THE OFFER
Create your new account with HAVMI or login using your existing HAVMI account.
Proceed to the payments page and select Wallet cashback as your payment option.
If you are eligible for Cashback, the same will be added as a Cashback in your HAVMI Wallet.
TERMS AND CONDITIONS FOR AVAILING THE OFFER.
Offer valid for India users only.
The cashback will be in the form HAVMI Wallet cash which can be redeemed with your next Transaction/ Shopping with us.
The cashback will be valid for 90 days from the date of order placed. Check your Email/ SMS for the actual expiry date of cashback.
As per Cashback policy, the user will be eligible to avail 70% of available cashback not more than Rs 1000 on any order.
Under no circumstances will you be entitled to withdraw the eligible cashback amount into your bank account or otherwise ask for a cash withdrawal. The cashback amount will be applied as a discount for your eligible purchases.
If your order is cancelled by the payer /refunded by the merchant, HAVMI cashback that has been awarded to your account will be withdrawn.
In case of cancellations/ refunds where awarded cashback is used or For partial cancellations, a refund will be processed as per HAVMI policies.
Cashback is eligible only on the paid amount. No cashback will be available on the payment made using HAVMI wallet.
